We are excited to invite you to RehabChina, one of the largest rehabilitation exhibitions and conferences in China and the far east. With over 1100 exhibitors and more than 30,000 visitors, RehabChina is a premier event showcasing the latest innovations in rehabilitation science, technology, and care.

Hosted in China, this dynamic multi-conference brings together leading experts, clinicians, engineers, researchers, and policymakers from around the world. Topics include rehabilitation robotics, functional electrical stimulation, virtual rehabilitation, assistive technology, neurotechnology, telerehabilitation, and digital health.

ABOUT THE EXOBERLIN-ASIA PAVILION

Start in 2023, EXO Berlin has been working with the organizer of the RehabChina as the co-organizer for internation participation. For the first time in 2026, EXO Berlin will conduct an internation pavilion booth for the internation participants to exhibit and participate in the RehabChina 2026, which will be helf from March 10-12 2026 in Guangzhou. The EXOBerlin Asia Pavilion has the purpose of establishing new business contacts in China and the Far East Asia and opening up opportunities for future cooperation. It will be an excellent opportunity to engage with Chinese business partners.

At the EXOBerlin Asia Pavilion booth in the exhibition area, individual 12 sqm booth will be provided based on the demands from pavilion participants, and centre staff and professional interpreters will help promote pavilion participants’ products, technologies and assure maximum exposure with visitors of the exhibition. Networking events throughout the mission will increase the opportunities to connect with potential business partners and clients.

Prior to the mission, a briefing webinar will be organised with all pavilion participants to prepare for the show. Pavilion participants will also be engaged with potential partners prior to the mission by benefitting from the matchmaking platform managed by RehabChina’s organizers.

PARTICIPANT PROFILE

Specifically, we encourage applications from companies that are involved in :

Rehabilitation Robotics Exoskeletons and Wearable Devices Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) Virtual and Augmented Reality (VR/AR) Telerehabilitation

Assistive Technology Smart Home Integration Gamification in Rehabilitation Clinical Implementation and Real-World Data Ethics and User-Centered Design

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR PARTICIPANTS

The organizing committee provides financial support. Each grant can cover up to 35,000 EUR and may be used to fully fund the following:

• General registration fee
• 12 sqm booth fee
• Round-trip transportation of exhibits
• Round-trip airfare to China, hotel accommodations, and domestic ground transportation in China
• Networking and social event registration fee

PERSONAL EXPENSES

Personal expenses incurred during the stay in China are not eligible for reimbursement.

ELIGIBILITY

Grant applications are open to all, but priority will be given to the following applicants:

• You have previously exhibited at the EXO Berlin Forum (https://exo-berlin.de/) by running a booth in any edition.
• You have previously exhibited at the REHABWEEK (https://rehabweek.org/) by running a booth in any edition.
• You participated in the CYBATHLON project at ETH Zürich (https://cybathlon.com/) as a competing team.
• Have a good command of English

Financial support will be granted to a maximum of 8 applicants.
